The Streisand Effect is a phenomenon when something is trying to keep others out by showing labels as “keep out” and “do not enter”, but is achieving the opposite because people are curious and now want to know what’s being hidden. This project is an explainimation (animation that explains something) about the effect.
Process
First off I tried out several techniques to get familiar to animation
After I tried out all these techniques I started working on a first draft of the actual video
And after the first draft I started working hard for the final adnimation.
With a lot of struggles, stress and cursing I made an animation I am a little proud of. It was my first real animation so I had to learn a lot about After Effects and animating in general. The end result can be seen below.
